Tubal Ligation Reversal Procedure

Once you have decided on exploring the option of a reversal, there are some things to help facilitate a timely consultation. 

The easiest way to make a referral is to refer yourself to the Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine by calling 604 422 7276, or if you are located outside of Vancouver, call toll free at 1 866 481 7276. 

Some items which will help with the referral are:

1.  an operative note detailing the tubal ligation surgery
2.  other information that we will provide for you
3.  you can also ask your doctor for a referral; irrespective, we will send all correspondence to your health care provider
4.  we see both patients from within, and outside of Canada
